Whilst we would love to give you a firm price here, the variations of property sizes, types and ages, as well as location factors, make each instruction unique. Consequently, the table below can only be offered as a guide, although a pretty accurate one. Please email the details of the property including location, postcode, number of bedrooms, style (semi, detached, house, flat, bungalow, etc), the Estate Agents guide price and your offer price, if available, and any further info you have to and we will get an accurate price to you as soon as we can.

Please note: These figures are the GROSS fee, including VAT @ 20%.

These fees are for properties with 4 or less bedrooms. Larger properties will incur a surcharge of £20 per additional room.
